Responsibilities & Context:
Accenture Footwear and Leather Products Ltd., a trusted exporter of premium leather bags, belts, and wallets, is looking for a Quality Manager to lead production quality improvement and quality control operations. The role includes:
Lead the QA/QC team and implement effective quality systems.
Ensure product quality meets buyer standards and specifications.
Preference for candidates experienced in FCCA, QAFA, and buyer audits.
Conduct inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Train and guide the QA team to maintain consistent product quality.
Maintain quality reports and documentation for management and buyers.
