B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.

• Age 26 to 35 years

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same/similar position in an export-oriented garment manufacturing environment.

* Manage the complete order lifecycle, from product development through sampling, bulk production, and shipment, ensuring compliance with buyer requirements.

* Prepare and maintain TNA (Time & Action) calendars, critical path schedules, and action plans for product development and bulk orders.

* Coordinate closely with Design, Product Development, CAD, IE, Planning, Production, QA/QC, Commercial, Sourcing, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order execution.

* Prepare and present daily, weekly, and management reports covering order status, critical issues, risks, and action plans.

* Coordinate pre-production meetings (PPM) and ensure all required approvals are obtained before bulk production.

* Prepare accurate and competitive product costing, including fabric, trims, accessories, wash, printing, embroidery, embellishment, labor, and other applicable costs.

* Manage sample development, including Proto, Fit, Size Set, PP, and Shipment Samples, ensuring timely submission and approval.

* Communicate with suppliers regarding fabric, trims, accessories, washing, and other materials, and ensure timely sourcing and delivery.

* Monitor production progress against the approved plan and proactively identify delivery, quality, material, and production risks.

* Take timely corrective actions to resolve production delays, washing/finishing issues, quality concerns, and other execution challenges.

* Act as the primary communication point with assigned buyers, providing regular order updates and responding to buyer inquiries and concerns.

* Ensure buyer comments, instructions, approvals, specifications, and order requirements are accurately communicated to all relevant internal teams.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, approvals, development status, production progress, and shipment schedules.

* Work closely with QA/QC teams to identify, prevent, and resolve quality issues during production.

* Support the merchandising team in achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality, profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets.

* Conduct basic market and product research to support product development and align products with buyer requirements and market trends.

* Demonstrate strong ownership and the ability to make practical, timely decisions under pressure.

* Support team members and contribute to a high-performance, accountable merchandising culture.

* Perform other merchandising and order-execution responsibilities assigned by management.
