We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Merchandising Manager to lead our merchandising team and ensure effective coordination between buyers, production, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of merchandising operations, and the ability to manage multiple accounts with a focus on timely delivery and product quality. This role requires strategic thinking, negotiation expertise, and a hands-on approach to solving challenges in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Manage and oversee the entire merchandising process from order inquiry to shipment.

• Coordinate with buyers for product development, costing, and order confirmation.

• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and order quantities with international and local buyers.

• Plan, monitor, and control the critical path to ensure timely sample development and bulk production.

• Collaborate with sourcing, fabric, trims, production, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor and track order status, production progress, and resolve any issues or delays proactively.

• Ensure accurate and timely communication with buyers regarding order updates, changes, and approvals.

• Supervise the merchandising team, assign responsibilities, and guide them to meet departmental goals.

• Conduct regular follow-ups on material sourcing, lab dips, approvals, and production status.

• Evaluate vendor capabilities, factory capacity, and compliance status before order placement.

• Analyse buyer trends, market intelligence, and competitor strategies for business development.

• Prepare order status reports and present updates to senior management.

• Ensure cost efficiency and margin protection throughout the order execution process.

• Maintain proper documentation related to order files, approvals, communications, and contracts.

• Build strong professional relationships with buyers and vendors to secure repeat business.
