The candidate should have practical knowledge of Store Management, Inventory Control, MS Excel, FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation, and warehouse safety & housekeeping. Experience in the RMG, footwear, textile, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a competent, responsible, and experienced Store Officer to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations of our manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of raw materials, accessories, finished goods, and other store items. The position requires strong inventory control, documentation, stock reconciliation, and coordination with Production, Procurement, Planning, Accounts, and other relevant departments.

  1. Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing and issuing materials.

  2. Receive raw materials, chemicals and general materials against Purchase Order, Challan and other relevant documents.

  3. Conduct quantity and quality verification of incoming materials.

  4. Maintain GRN/MRN, BIN Cards, Stock Ledger, Issue Slips and other store-related documents.

  5. Ensure proper labeling, identification and systematic storage of materials.

  6. Follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.

  7. Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and Excel.

  8. Issue materials to production and other departments against authorized requisitions.

  9. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production and Accounts to ensure timely availability of materials.

  10. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

  11. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory/stock reports.

  12. Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged and excess materials.

  13. Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, security and 5S practices in the store.

  14. Support internal, customer and compliance audits by maintaining proper documentation and traceability.

  15. Perform other store-related responsibilities assigned by management.
