1. Method Study & Line Layout:

   • Design, implement, and optimize layout plans and line balancing to ensure smooth production flow.

   • Conduct Work-In-Progress (WIP) flow analysis and bottleneck management on production lines.

2. Work Measurement & Time Study:

   • Conduct motion study, time study, and operation breakdown for new styles/products.

   • Calculate standard time using SMV (Standard Minute Value) / GSD (Garment Sewing Data) methodologies.

   • Establish realistic target setting for production operators and tracking Efficiency % daily.

3. Process Improvement & Lean Manufacturing:

   • Implement Lean concepts (5S, Kaizen, KanBan, Value Stream Mapping) to minimize waste (non-value-added activities).

   • Reduce changeover time through SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) / quick style changeover techniques.

4. Data & Capacity Planning:

   • Monitor capacity study, operator skill inventory, and manpower planning per line.

   • Analyze efficiency, lost time, and non-productive time (NPT) to prepare daily performance reports for plant leadership.
