• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

•  Execute Fast React (FR) line plan based on Raw Materials (RM) support considering FR delivery plan by utilizing factory capacity. (Printing);

•  Communication with garments units for daily basis cut panels sending plan & give priority for urgent styles & export orders;

•  Follow up printing drivers On Time Through (OTT) to meet line input plan & garment OTD;

•  Attained to daily production meeting to communicate plan changes and deviations;

•  Execute actual print Efficiency & production against plan on hourly basis and highlight the deviations;

•  Follow up the Team Leader's Daily routine & their work actions;

•  Maintain required MIS report. (Management Information System);

•  Perform plan problem solving & continuous improvement session weekly with the Team members.
