Candidate must be partly qualified:

1. C.A Level-2

2. ICMA Level-3

3. ACCA Finalist

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• 5 yrs specifically handling managerial Accounts in an export oriented garments / Textile group
• Technical skills . Masters on ERP Software ( such as SAP , Oracle , or local RMG Solutions ) advanced Excel modeling and deep knowledge of national labor and corporate tax laws .

Commercial & Export Financing

• L/C Management: Track Back-to-Back Letters of Credit (L/C), Export L/Cs, and tracking banking instruments.

• Banking Operations: Maintain relationships with commercial banks to negotiate conversion rates, resolve bill discounting, and manage short-term working capital.

• Incentives Tracking: Finalize cash incentives and export subsidies documentation provided by government authorities.

Cost Accounting & Budgeting

• Order Costing: Audit the consumption data (fabric, trims, accessories) against final shipment values to determine exact profit margins per order/buyer.

• Variance Analysis: Compare actual factory overheads (electricity, fuel, machinery repairs) against planned operational budgets.

• Wastage Auditing: Monitor fabric and yarn wastage percentages during cutting, knitting, and dyeing phases to control losses.

Tax, VAT & Statutory Compliance

• Tax Filing: Independently manage monthly/annual corporate tax return submissions, assessments, and dispute hearings.

• VAT Assessments: Ensure correct submission of VAT central returns, processing of rebate claims, and coordination with Customs, Excise, and VAT authorities.

• Bonded Warehouse Audits: Oversee customs audit logs, maintaining input-output coefficients for duty-free raw material imports.

Payroll & Treasury Management

• Factory Payroll Audit: Cross-verify the monthly wages, overtime logs, and festival bonuses for thousands of factory workers alongside the HR department.

• Cash Flow Monitoring: Ensure day-to-day liquidity to handle immediate local procurement bills, transport/C&F bills, and supplier payouts
