• Candidate must be Skilled & Experienced on Garment Planning, Production and Operation Management.

One of the leading Company of Bangladesh, which is reached by Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO-9001, ISO-1401, ISO-45001, GOTS, OCS etc. Certificates & many others CoC of Buyers. We are running 75 Sewing lines with 33 tons Knitting & 35 tons Dyeing capacity under the Green Environment by continuing the sustainability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end factory operations from sewing, finishing to shipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Strategically execute the plan overall factory production operations to maximize output, efficiency, and profitability.

• Collaborate closely with Production, Merchandising, and Compliance teams to meet customer expectations and audit standards.

• Ensure a seamless workflow across departments with a focus on process optimization and accountability.

• Monitor and analyze production KPIs to drive cost-effective, ethical, and timely execution.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment aligned with best practices and compliance.

• Provide hands-on leadership to foster high-performing teams and maintain operational discipline.

• Support top management with strategic insights and initiatives for continuous improvement and sustainable growth.

• Lead the production team to improve the overall product quality, control cost and reduce production lead-time.

• Maintain and improve the man-machine ratio and increase the cut to ship ratio.

• Review daily reports related to product quality and level of wastage and numbers of rejected garments.

• Lead the factory floor to meet global compliance standards, ensuring 100% readiness for customer, buyer, and safety audits.

• Foster strong inter-departmental synergy (with Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial, and Maintenance) to streamline the entire supply chain.

• Develop, monitor, and control production budgets, implementing aggressive cost-reduction and waste-management strategies.
