Responsibilities & Context: Job Department: Head of IT & MIS Reports To: Managing Director Location: Factory (Nayapara, Kashimpr, Gazipur) Responsibilities: Multifabs Limited is seeking an experienced, strategic Head of IT & MIS to oversee company-wide IT operations, drive complete ERP implementation, and leverage data and AI to optimize RMG business processes and lower operational costs. Key Responsibilities Department Leadership: Direct and oversee all IT infrastructure, network security, hardware maintenance, and IT staff across corporate and factory locations. ERP Implementation & Adoption: Lead the end-to-end rollout of ERP software across all RMG departments (Sourcing, Merchandising, Production, Inventory, Finance) and enforce 100% user adoption. Cost Minimization & Analytics: Analyze ERP operational data to identify bottlenecks, reduce production line/material costs, and eliminate wasteful spending. Management Reporting: Design and deliver accurate, real-time MIS reports, KPIs, and executive dashboards for senior management decision-making. AI & Automation: Integrate artificial intelligence and process automation tools to streamline reporting workflows and factory operations. Experience: Minimum 10–12+ years of core IT experience, with at least 3–5 years leading an IT department within the RMG/Garments sector. Domain Knowledge: In-depth, hands-on understanding of end-to-end RMG factory and business processes. Technical Skills: Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing enterprise ERP systems, strong grasp of database management, data analytics, AI tools, and process automation. *Age: 40-45 *Gender: Male
