• Age At least 27 years
• Only Male

• Experience in textile manufacturing factories is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance audits and workplace safety standards.

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant professional certifications in Compliance, Occupational Health & Safety or Labor Law will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good analytical

Job Purpose:

To ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer requirements, workplace safety standards and company policies while maintaining a compliant and ethical working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and maintain compliance standards throughout the factory.

• Coordinate buyer, third-party and internal compliance audits.

• Prepare, maintain, and update compliance-related records and documentation.

• Identify non-compliance issues and implement corrective action plans.

• Conduct compliance, labor rights, health and safety training programs for employees.

• Liaise with buyers, auditors, government authorities and other stakeholders regarding compliance matters.

• Monitor workplace health, safety, environmental and social compliance requirements.

• Prepare compliance reports and submit them to management as required.

• Support management in achieving and maintaining compliance certifications and standards.
