Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At least 25 years

• 1. Conducting Product Safety Audit throughout the facility.

• 2. Sharp Tools Control.

• 3. Metal Detection.

• 4. Needle controlling (Minimum 5-10 types per day cross checking in needle control room)

• 5. CTPAT/Metal Free Zone audit.

• 6. Set the process for label controlling.

• 7. If any needle fragment missing, Investigate according to broken needle procedure & issue new needle.

• 8. Do the testing of products during 1st bulk to maintain optimum product safety.

• 9. Attend PP meeting for risk analysis.

• 10. Provide training and develpo the knowledge of team members.

• 11. Randomly auditing pull test reports and requirement. 12. Discuss with the supplier for safety measure and set the standard.

• 13. Preparing product safety system related all kinds of documents, procedure, SOP, records and standard.

• 14. Providing training to the QC team and workers on product safety.

• 15. Preparing risk assessment for process product, health, final product.

• 16. Conduct daily internal audit, corrective and preventive action.

• 17. Data analysis and documents control.
