The Applicant should have 10 years of experience in large garments Industry / Buying House.

Sound knowledge on Patterns, Fittings & Sample evaluation, good understanding in customers specifications/comments.

Technically sound in all kinds of problem & faults generated in Woven & Knits and provide technical support for submitting the sample with correct fit and workmanship to minimize the samples submissions.

Capable to communicate with Buyers, Merchandisers, Factory Technical personnel in relevant affairs.

Capable to handle a professional technical team with an excellent leadership skill.

Pattern Design from reputed institution will be highly Appreciated.

Certificate Course in CAD is preferable.

Skills Required: Good communication skills, Negotiation Skills.

• Managing technical service in all life cycles for the knit division.

• Assess development samples against Tech packs regarding fit, construction & workmanship.

• Provide final approval of fit & pre-production sample after checking with dummy & related documents.

• Responsible for cost engineering and consumption when there is any challenge to meet the target price as per the sourcing team.

• Responsible for creating size spec and construction details into PLM system as per buyer standards.

• Able to set up & guide the team during new style setup.

• Maintain cut date of samples to ensure shipment is in a duly manner.

• Conduct risk assessment meetings for new/complicated styles to ensure RA standards as green/yellow, orange & red to avoid difficulties while sample making as well as meet buyer specifications/standards.

• Responsible for monitoring all the samples during the development processes and assisting with the measurement and adjustment of specifications as per Buyer requirements.

• Knowledge of the Lectra system & checking on Lectra graded and train technicians and pattern masters.
