Falgun Garmenting is looking for an experienced Production Manager to plan and drive daily production, ensuring output, efficiency, and delivery targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and control daily/monthly production against buyer delivery schedules

• Monitor line efficiency, output, and manpower balancing across floors

• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks in real time

• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, cutting, and store departments

• Track and report daily production, efficiency (%), and wastage data

• Enforce workplace discipline, safety, and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Textile Engineering preferred)

• 7–10+ years of experience in RMG production, with prior experience as Production Manager or APM

• Strong knowledge of line balancing, industrial engineering (IE) concepts, and lean production

• Proven ability to manage large teams and meet tight delivery deadlines

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
