• 2–4 years of relevant experience; working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel; attention to detail.

Falgun Garmenting is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control across all stages of production, ensuring buyer standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce quality standards across cutting, sewing, and finishing

• Lead inline, endline, and final inspection processes

• Manage root-cause analysis and corrective action for quality issues/rejections

• Coordinate with buyers/QA teams during inspections and audits

• Train and supervise QC staff to maintain consistent quality standards

• Track and report quality KPIs (defect rate, rejection rate, RFT, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Textile Engineering preferred)

• 7–10+ years of experience in RMG quality assurance/control, with prior experience as Quality Manager or QA Manager

• Strong knowledge of AQL standards, garment construction, and buyer quality requirements

• Experience handling buyer quality audits and inspections

• Strong leadership and analytical skills
