Responsibilities & Context:
- Review production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
- Ensure production target of the lines as per the production plan.
- Operation Breakdown & Prepare layout
- Thread consumption
- Prepare target sheet based on the plan Finding the bottleneck & trying to solve the problem
- Prepare NPT(Non Productive Time) report and find the root cause of the problem and guide every department to solve the problem.
- Prepare DHU report and working with quality and production team to minimize the defect.
- Line balancing.
- Any other work assigned by the management
