Experience in administration, security, retail operations, facility management, or personnel supervision will be an advantage.
Strong leadership, discipline, communication, observation, and crisis-management skills.
Ability to supervise a large team and coordinate with multiple departments.
Ability to prepare clear administrative, inspection, and incident reports.
Willingness to conduct regular patrolling and physical inspections of the supershop premises.
Professional appearance, disciplined conduct, and strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the overall administrative and operational activities of the assigned supershop/branch.
Conduct regular patrolling and inspection rounds throughout the sales floor, warehouse, storage areas, parking area, entrances, exits, and other critical locations.
Monitor branch opening and closing procedures and ensure proper handover between shifts.
Supervise security personnel and ensure guards are properly positioned and performing assigned duties.
Monitor customer, employee, supplier, and visitor movement within the premises.
Coordinate with branch management to maintain discipline, security, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Conduct surprise inspections to identify operational irregularities, safety issues, unauthorized activities, or policy violations.
Monitor CCTV and coordinate with the security/control room regarding suspicious activities, theft, loss, or other incidents.
Prepare daily patrol, inspection, incident, and administrative reports for management.
Support the Branch Manager/Operations Manager in maintaining smooth daily operations.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, duty rosters, shift arrangements, and general discipline of employees.
Ensure employees follow company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and administrative instructions.
Monitor the condition and proper use of shop equipment, furniture, facilities, fire-safety equipment, and other assets.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, sales, customer service, accounts, procurement, and security teams when operational issues arise.
Assist in preventing shoplifting, inventory loss, internal theft, unauthorized access, and operational negligence.
Investigate and document operational or security incidents and report significant matters to senior management.
Coordinate emergency responses involving fire, accidents, medical emergencies, security threats, or other unexpected situations.
Assist in organizing security and administrative arrangements during VIP visits, special events, promotions, stock-taking, audits, and major operational activities.
Coordinate with local authorities, law-enforcement agencies, fire service, and other relevant agencies when required.
Monitor contractor, supplier, delivery vehicle, and third-party personnel access to the premises.
Ensure proper maintenance of visitor registers, vehicle registers, incident registers, patrol logs, and other administrative records.
Conduct regular briefings with security and support staff regarding discipline, safety, customer service, and operational requirements.
Identify operational risks and recommend corrective and preventive measures to management.
Assist in maintaining a safe, disciplined, customer-friendly, and professionally managed shopping environment.
Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
