Job Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR activities and contribute to various people-related initiatives.

• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, selection, and onboarding.

• Support employee engagement and communication initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

• Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and organizational practices.

• Support training, learning, and employee development initiatives.

• Assist in performance management and other employee development processes.

• Contribute to organizational development and people-focused projects.

• Maintain HR records, reports, databases, and relevant documentation.

• Collaborate with different stakeholders to support effective HR practices and business objectives.
