Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a relevant discipline.
Professional HR certification or relevant training will be considered an advantage.
Experience in Human Resources, preferably within the RMG/manufacturing sector.
Strong hands-on experience in employee grievance handling and Training & Development is preferred.
Experience in employee relations, factory HR operations, and employee engagement will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and grievance management.
Good knowledge of training needs assessment and training program coordination.
Strong communication, interpersonal, counselling, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to interact effectively with employees at different organizational levels.
Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee matters.
Proactive, organized, and people-oriented approach.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Bangla.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
We are looking for a competent and people-oriented HR professional to join our Human Resources team. The position will be offered up to Deputy Manager level, depending on the candidate’s experience, competency, and suitability for the role.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in employee grievance handling, Training & Development, employee engagement, and general HR operations, preferably within the RMG/manufacturing sector.
Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns in a timely, fair, and structured manner.
Coordinate with relevant departments and management to resolve employee-related issues and maintain a positive working environment.
Maintain proper records of employee grievances, investigations, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Identify training and development needs based on employee performance, departmental requirements, and organizational priorities.
Plan, coordinate, and implement training and development programs for employees.
Maintain training calendars, attendance records, evaluation reports, and other relevant training documentation.
Collect and analyze training feedback and support evaluation of training effectiveness.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, awareness programs, and employee welfare activities.
Support performance management activities, including performance evaluation coordination and follow-up.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee-related initiatives.
Coordinate with department and factory management regarding employee relations, disciplinary matters, manpower requirements, and other HR issues.
Ensure effective communication of HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives to employees.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation related to grievances, training, employee engagement, and other assigned activities.
Support HR management in organizational development and employee-focused initiatives.
Perform other HR-related responsibilities assigned by management.
