We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Assistant Manager – Human Resources to join our team and help elevate our people strategies.

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager – HR will work closely with the Head of HR to oversee daily human resources operations. Your primary focus will span end-to-end talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate has deep core HR knowledge, can operate effectively under pressure, and possesses excellent leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, from collaborating with department heads on job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, and finalizing placement offers.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and facilitate seamless onboarding programs for new hires, and conduct exit interviews to track insights for retention.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a bridge between management and employees; address grievances, handle disciplinary actions, and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Performance Management: Assist in executing the annual performance appraisal system and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • HR Operations & Database: Maintain accurate employee files, update Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and track daily attendance or leave.

  • Policy Implementation: Assist in updating, interpreting, and enforcing company HR policies and local labor laws.

  • Training & Development: Coordinate training needs analysis and execute internal learning initiatives.
