We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Assistant Manager – Human Resources to join our team and help elevate our people strategies.
Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – HR will work closely with the Head of HR to oversee daily human resources operations. Your primary focus will span end-to-end talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate has deep core HR knowledge, can operate effectively under pressure, and possesses excellent leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, from collaborating with department heads on job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, and finalizing placement offers.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and facilitate seamless onboarding programs for new hires, and conduct exit interviews to track insights for retention.
Employee Relations: Serve as a bridge between management and employees; address grievances, handle disciplinary actions, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management: Assist in executing the annual performance appraisal system and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
HR Operations & Database: Maintain accurate employee files, update Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and track daily attendance or leave.
Policy Implementation: Assist in updating, interpreting, and enforcing company HR policies and local labor laws.
Training & Development: Coordinate training needs analysis and execute internal learning initiatives.
