• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in mid to high-end residential and commercial project development, overseeing all phases from planning through to design and construction for a well-known real estate developer in Bangladesh.

• Focus on architecture; skills in interior design will be considered a plus.

• Must be self-driven, proactive, and energetic, with the ability to perform well under pressure.

• Should possess a strong sense of design details and aesthetic considerations.

• Proficient in creating strong visual presentations as well as production drawings.

• Good aesthetic judgment and attention to fine design details.

• Dedicated and willing to work additional hours to achieve design completion deadlines.

We seek an individual who is passionate about creative design and can work autonomously as well as part of an Architectural Design Team. The candidate must stay engaged in a project from the initial concept phase through to its completion and delivery. The responsibilities will also encompass collaboration and coordination with other design professionals, including those in electro-mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and landscape design.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural concept drawings into comprehensive, detailed working drawings (plans, elevations, sections) suitable for site execution.

• Develop specifications and detailed schematics for all building elements, including structural, mechanical, and finishing components.

• Ensure all construction details are accurate, coordinated across disciplines, and compliant with engineering requirements.

• Prepare and finalize all necessary architectural drawings and documents required for submission to relevant regulatory authorities (e.g., CDA, RAJUK, Cantonment Board).

• Ensure all submitted drawings strictly adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and approval prerequisites.

• Manage and respond to queries raised by the approving authorities to secure timely project sanctions.

• Generate high-quality renders and walk-throughs to effectively communicate design intent and aesthetics.

• Provide immediate clarification on design details and resolve any design-related issues encountered by the site team.

• Document site progress and discrepancies, reporting back to the Head of the Department.
