Job Context:

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to serve as a Senior Project Engineer, tasked with overseeing a diverse portfolio of large-scale infrastructure and structural developments from initial conceptualization through to final commissioning. The successful candidate must demonstrate a command of real-time project oversight, ensuring comprehensive status monitoring at every stage of the lifecycle while exhibiting the leadership acumen necessary to manage multi-disciplinary teams through high-impact motivation and performance-driven results. This role demands a high level of professional integrity and a proven ability to harmonize complex engineering objectives with efficient personnel management to ensure the seamless delivery of the built environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute an effective plan, implement & monitor project activities.

• Provide technical support for all jobs involved in the projects to the subordinate.

• Ensure all works on projects are running as per the program in accordance with the Working Drawings.

• Ensure all excess utility connections are officially disconnected, all utility meters are safe and secured, security post is constructed, a site office is established with proper facilities, labor shed is constructed with required facilities, and a safe and secure store for preserving materials.

• Train the project team on assessment, quality control, progress monitoring & administration discipline to create a satisfactory job environment.

• Ensure all quality control processes are maintained properly.

• To make Sure all safety measures are followed by both the contractor and his people.

• To arrange & attend meetings with contractors & site personnel to identify the issue to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respects.

• Certifying Project Material Requisitions.

• Certifying all running and final bills of contractors.

• Evaluating project staff and contractors from time to time and recommending to HOD (Construction) about them.

• Create & update personal work planning & style to motive own self for smooth, effective & timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve the company's goal.

• Prepare finishing detail program for projects in the finishing stage.

• Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with the project budget as well as guidelines and policies.

• Time to time compare the actual work done against the planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of projects.

• Keep record regarding Sites information, a copy of the approved plan, and detailed information.

• To be accountable for the successful completion of the project.
