Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen and interview candidates.
Recruit candidates for CRE, Pullback, and Telesales positions.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Meet weekly recruitment targets and ensure candidates are ready before each batch.
Requirements:
HR/recruitment experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Experience with remote or high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
