Responsibilities & Context:

Attendance, Leave, and Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and track daily employee attendance, including late arrivals and absences, using Kormee HR Software.

  • Prepare and submit accurate daily attendance reports to the Head of HR.

  • Manage employee leave applications, update leave records, and ensure compliance with leave policies.

  • Track and report the attendance and performance of sales team.

  • Address and resolve attendance discrepancies in collaboration with department heads.

Payroll Management

  • Compile accurate attendance and leave data for payroll processing.

  • Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely and error-free payroll disbursement.

  • Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies raised by employees.

Financial Settlements

  • Oversee the financial settlement process for outgoing employees, including final payments, last month salary, EL calculation, provident fund calculations, Gratuity and other dues.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws in all financial settlements.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to financial settlements for internal audit purposes.

Meeting Scheduling & Proceedings

  • Schedule HR-related meetings, ensuring the availability of participants and resources.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.

  • Follow up on action items from meetings to ensure implementation.

Kormee HR Software Management

  • Manage all attendance, leave, and payroll data using Kormee HR Software.

  • Generate reports and analytics for management decision-making.

  • Ensure employee data in the system is consistently updated and accurate.

Regular HR Operations

  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation and orientation.

  • Handle employee grievances and provide resolution in consultation with the Head of HR.

  • Organize and maintain records of training and development programs.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor laws.

  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment.
