Responsibilities & Context:
Hiring and Onboarding
Find and hire machine operators, mechanics, and logistics staff
Run background checks and verify job applications
Teach new hires about plant rules and job duties
Safety and Compliance
Enforce local labor laws and factory safety rules
Track workplace safety records and injury logs
Coordinate safety gear usage and health checks
Daily Operations and Administration
Manage worker attendance, shifts, and time tracking
Assist with payroll, benefits, and leave requests
Handle employee questions, complaints, and conflicts
Training and Retention
Set up routine training for operating heavy machinery
Track worker performance reviews
Build programs to keep good workers from leaving
