Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Specialized Recruitment: Support the end-to-end hiring process for niche real estate talent — architects, project engineers, and sales experts — from sourcing to offer rollout.

  2. Succession Planning Support: Assist in maintaining the succession pipeline by tracking development plans and progress for identified high-potential employees.

  3. Performance Management Coordination: Coordinate the performance review cycle and support alignment of individual goals with project-based milestones.

  4. Learning & Development: Coordinate training logistics and assist in curating content for property-sector skill programs, including project management, regulatory compliance, and CRM proficiency.

  5. Employee Engagement: Support the administration of engagement surveys and help execute initiatives that drive a performance-oriented culture.

  6. Talent Analytics & Reporting: Track and report key recruitment and HR metrics — quality of hire, time to fill — to support data-driven decision-making.
