We are looking for potential candidates for the position of “Sr. Executive-Compliance”. who has knowledge, skills, experience in following sector and is self-motivated to take challenge to deliver high quality results. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable Bangladesh labour laws, EPZ requirements, company policies and customer standards.
Coordinate and support social, ethical, environmental, health & safety and customer compliance audits.
Prepare the factory for buyer/customer, third-party, government and certification audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Conduct regular compliance inspections and internal audits covering labour standards, working conditions, documentation, welfare and workplace practices.
Follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP), identify root causes and monitor implementation within agreed timelines.
Maintain compliance-related records, registers, reports, policies, procedures and supporting documents in an organized manner.
Monitor working hours, overtime, leave, attendance, wages/benefits, disciplinary practices and other employment-related compliance matters.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, Production, EHS, Security, Quality and other departments to resolve compliance gaps.
Support worker welfare initiatives, grievance handling, worker communication and awareness activities.
Arrange and conduct compliance-related training, toolbox talks and awareness sessions for employees and management.
Track legal and regulatory updates and communicate relevant requirements to concerned departments.
Prepare regular compliance status reports and present key risks, findings and improvement actions to management.
Promote a culture of ethical business practices, responsible sourcing and continuous compliance improvement.
