RR- Imperial Electricals Limited, a leading manufacturer of electrical cables and electrical products in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and professionally competent Candidate for the position of Sr. Executive/Asst.Manager (HR) at Corporate Office.

The role is focused on organizational goals by ensuring effective policy implementation, labor law compliance, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR policies, compliance standards, and modern strategic HR practices to support sustainable business growth and workforce excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines aligned with business objectives.

• Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Support management in workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.

• Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievance management, domestic inquiry procedures, and conflict resolution professionally.

• Develop, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and HR operational frameworks.

• Maintain and monitor employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation systems efficiently.

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and separation processes.

• Facilitate employee engagement, counseling, performance management, and workplace culture development activities.

• Prepare HR analytics, reports, MIS, and compliance documentation for management review and strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure effective people management and employee productivity enhancement.

• Maintain liaison with regulatory authorities and support organizational compliance initiatives when required.

• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical HR practices in all operational activities.
