Job Overview:

We are actively seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR and Admin to lead and strengthen our team. This individual should possess a blend of people management skills, in-depth knowledge of compliance regulations, and strong leadership qualities. The Head of HR and Admin will play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive organizational culture, ensuring regulatory adherence, and enhancing our employee experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  • Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.

  • Manage performance appraisal processes, performance improvement plans, and talent development.

  • Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations and keeps policies and procedures up to date.

  • Administer and oversee compensation and benefits programs.

  • Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support employee development.

  • Use data and analytics to make informed HR decisions and drive improvements.

  • Oversee HR systems and tools, including HRMS (Human Resource Management System).

  • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues effectively.

  • A high level of integrity and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

  • The HR field is constantly evolving, so the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies is important.
