Presently, our company is seeking to hire a candidate who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales & marketing team as a sales & marketing leader.
Job Overview: We are actively seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team to new heights. This individual should possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and fostering a high-performing team culture to achieve our business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing a strategic marketing, sales & promotional activities plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Managing recruitment, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team.
Preparing sales information, analysis, and reports to meet deadlines.
Responsible for implementing market coverage, sales forecasts & achievement strategies.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Making weekly sales reports and submitting them to the head of sales or the management consecutively.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Annual salary increment (Eligibility conditions may apply)
