Responsibilities & Context:
As a Marketing Executive at JSK Travels (part of JSK Group in Bangladesh), your main job is to promote overseas job openings, find and talk to new clients, and help grow the company's recruitment and travel network. [1]
Core Job Responsibilities
Client Outreach: Make phone calls to new and old clients to share news about jobs and travel services.
Lead Generation: Find new business chances to make the recruitment network bigger.
Relationship Building: Keep good and friendly ties with clients to build long-term business.
Agent Support: Help bring in, train, and guide new agents to boost growth.
Database Management: Keep client and lead lists up to date for tracking and reports.
Team Coordination: Work with social media and design teams to share job circulars.
Follow-Ups: Check in with clients and candidates to make sure placements go well.
Performance Tracking: Keep an eye on daily calls, leads, and agent results, and report them to the manager.
