1. Handle domestic and international airline reservations and ticket issuance.

2. Manage reissue, cancellation, refund, and itinerary changes.

3. Work with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Travelport/GDS systems.

4. Prepare airfare quotations and travel itineraries.

5. Assist with visa support, hotel bookings, tour packages, insurance, and transfers.

6. Market travel services to corporate clients, travel agencies, institutions, and individual customers.

7. Generate new clients through calls, field visits, networking, referrals, and online marketing.

8. Maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue repeat business.

9. Respond to customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.

10. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners.

11. Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales/marketing reports.

12. Handle customer complaints and follow up until resolution
