Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Land Management

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management

• Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Land Share, or Property Sales will receive special preference.
• Fresh Graduates who are confident, capable, and willing to build a career in real estate sales are also encouraged to apply.

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Land Management

• Age 30 to 35 years
• Only Male

Experience

• Experience in Real Estate /Property Sales /Marketing will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Present the company’s ongoing Land Share Projects professionally to prospective clients.

• Generate new Sales Leads and conduct regular follow-ups.

• Handle client communication through Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other channels.

• Arrange and conduct Client Meetings and Site Visits.

• Clearly explain project location, land share structure, payment plans, facilities, and future potential.

• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable projects.

• Work towards achieving Sales Conversion and Monthly Sales Targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Handle and follow up promptly on leads generated through Facebook and other online marketing channels.

• Prepare daily and weekly Sales & Marketing Reports.

• Participate in Project Launches, Campaigns, Property Fairs, Seminars, and Promotional Activities.
