Job Summary

CS Agro Industries Ltd. is looking for *energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented individuals* to join our Sales Team as *Sales Representatives*.

The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and ensuring effective product distribution within their assigned territories.

Job Locations

* Dhaka City

* Srimangal

* Cumilla

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell the company’s FMCG products within the assigned territory.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

* Ensure product availability and proper merchandising at retail outlets.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

* Prepare daily sales reports and provide regular market updates to the management.

Educational Requirements

* Graduate from a recognized university / College

Experience Requirements

*3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales.*

Age Requirement

* *25–35 years*

*Additional Requirements

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working under sales targets.

* Good knowledge of the assigned/local market.

* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with distributors and retailers.

* *Candidates who own and can operate a motorcycle will be given preference.*

* A valid motorcycle driving license will be considered an added advantage.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
