Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the Sales & Marketing team.

• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure their achievement.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company`s customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.

• Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional events, and project launches.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
