Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate sales leads.

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.

• Plan and run Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube advertising campaigns.

• Create engaging content, including graphics, banners, reels, shorts, and promotional videos.

• Manage content calendars and schedule social media posts.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.

• Perform SEO and optimize website content for better search rankings.

• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer databases.

• Coordinate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.

• Provide hardware, software, printer, and network support.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and office applications.

• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, internet, email, and networking issues.

• Maintain company website and update project information regularly.

• Ensure data backup, antivirus protection, and system security.

• Support office staff with IT-related issues and maintain IT assets.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance.
