Responsibilities & Context:

• Generate qualified sales leads through direct marketing, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.

• Promote the company's real estate projects and investment opportunities.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

• Maintain customer information and sales records in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.

• Collect market intelligence and competitor information.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before and after sales.
