Education:
- Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Training in Real Estate Sales & Marketing will be considered an advantage.
Certification in Digital Marketing, Sales Management, CRM, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred.
Experience using CRM software and lead management tools is preferred.Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience in selling apartments, commercial spaces, land, or resort share projects.Existing network of clients, investors, or corporate contacts will be an advantage.
Training or certification in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Digital Marketing is preferred.
Candidates with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, telemarketing, digital platforms, and referrals.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
Arrange appointments, property visits, and follow-up meetings.
Generate new sales opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Assist customers throughout the sales and booking process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activities.
Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
Represent the company professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
