Responsibilities & Context:

House De Arch (HDA) is a Dhaka-based architecture and interior design company. We design and deliver architectural, interior and exterior projects for residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and institutional clients. We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing professional who can turn client conversations into signed projects and build the HDA brand with homeowners, developers and corporate clients. This role is open at Assistant Manager level (4 to 6 years) and Manager level (7+ years), depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and manage the full pipeline from first enquiry to signed contract.

• Generate and convert leads for architecture, interior and exterior design projects, from both individual and business clients.

• Build referral relationships with real estate developers, contractors, consultants, corporate admin and procurement heads, and fellow architects.

• Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, quotations and price negotiation, working with the design and costing teams so that scope and BOQs are accurate.

• Coordinate design approvals, follow up on payments and collections, and keep clients satisfied after handover to earn repeat work and referrals.

• Plan and run marketing activity: website and SEO, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, project portfolios and case studies, email, events and exhibitions.

• Track leads and conversions in our CRM and lead-tracking tools; report weekly and monthly on pipeline, revenue and campaign results.

• Monitor competitors, pricing, upcoming projects and tenders, and recommend new sectors and client segments.

• Guide and coach junior sales and marketing team members (Manager level).

• Represent House De Arch at industry events, associations and client meetings.
