Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise interior fit-outs and exterior works (cladding, masonry, façade finishes).
Interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
Monitor workmanship, materials, and safety standards on-site.
Coordinate daily with designers, vendors, and labor teams.
Resolve technical issues and provide onsite solutions.
Maintain progress reports and update stakeholders.
Assist in project handover and quality checks.
