Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare architectural concept designs, working drawings, and construction documents from schematic stage through execution
Review and coordinate drawings with structural, electrical, and mechanical consultants
Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and cost estimates for ongoing projects
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance
Ensure all designs comply with RAJUK/DAP regulations and the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC)
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
Guide and supervise junior architects and draftsmen within the design team
