• Good computer operating skills are mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet browsing, email, and computer-based applications.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Candidates with previous experience in e-commerce application operations, online order processing, or e-commerce sales will be given preference.

• Previous experience in sales or retail operations will be an added advantage.

• Must be responsible, punctual, energetic, and willing to learn.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

1. Attend customers professionally and assist them in selecting suitable products.

2. Promote and sell company products and services.

3. Perform day-to-day sales and e-commerce related operations.

4. Operate computer-based applications for order processing, customer information, sales records, and other business activities.

5. Assist in managing online orders and updating relevant information in the e-commerce system.

6. Maintain product information and support regular store operations.

7. Communicate professionally with customers and provide necessary after-sales assistance.

8. Work towards achieving individual and company sales targets.

9. Maintain proper documentation and sales records.
