Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
- Present the company’s ongoing Land Share Projects professionally to prospective clients.
- Generate new Sales Leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Handle client communication through Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other channels.
- Arrange and conduct Client Meetings and Site Visits.
- Clearly explain project location, land share structure, payment plans, facilities, and future potential.
- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Work towards achieving Sales Conversion and Monthly Sales Targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle and follow up promptly on leads generated through Facebook and other online marketing channels.
- Prepare daily and weekly Sales & Marketing Reports.
- Participate in Project Launches, Campaigns, Property Fairs, Seminars, and Promotional Activities.
