• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Graduation in Marketing or a related subject.

• At least 2 years

• Age 20 to 30 years

• The selected candidate must be willing to perform additional duties as required by the Managing Director (MD).

• If necessary, employees may be required to work beyond regular office hours for urgent or official company work.

• Employees may also be required to attend the office or perform official duties on government/public holidays when necessary.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing.

• Candidates must have practical experience in physical/field marketing in the real estate sector.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Must be energetic, target-oriented, hardworking, and willing to work in the field.

• Candidates with strong local networking and real estate marketing experience will be preferred.

• Conduct field-level marketing activities.

• Perform direct/physical marketing for the company’s real estate projects.

• Identify potential clients and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.

• Conduct site visits and assist clients with project-related information.

• Follow up with leads and support the sales process.

• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management.

• Salary: Commission-based

• Office Hours - 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
