Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

• Diploma in Civil

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

• Age 20 to 30 years

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate, Housing, or Construction.

• Practical knowledge of construction and site supervision will be preferred.

• Must be responsible, hardworking, and willing to work at project sites.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• The selected candidate must be willing to perform additional duties as required by the Managing Director (MD).

• If necessary, the employee may be required to work beyond regular office hours for urgent or official company work.

• The employee may also be required to attend the office or project site on government/public holidays when there is official company work.

Office Hours - 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Assist with project director and construction,project-related activities.

• Monitor ongoing construction and site work.

• Coordinate with workers, contractors, and project teams.

• Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.

• Prepare and maintain necessary site reports and documentation.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.
