Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

· Project Development & Design: Drive the technical assessment and end-to-end design of solar PV, battery energy storage (BESS), and hybrid power systems while preparing precise engineering drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.

· Commercial Analysis & Estimation: Prepare and evaluate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material specifications, project costings, and feasibility studies aligned with diverse financial models, including CAPEX, OPEX, and Energy-as-a-Service structures.

· Tendering & Proposal Management: Spearhead the preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals, institutional tenders, and government bidding documents tailored for local and regional markets.

· Stakeholder Coordination & Execution: Collaborate seamlessly with engineering teams, financial partners, government authorities, and external consultants to monitor project implementation, testing, commissioning, and final delivery.

·Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Draft comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documents while maintaining up-to-date expertise on national renewable energy policies, regulatory frameworks, and technical standards.
