Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline from a recognized institution.

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 26 to 35 years

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical/Engineering Store, preferably in a manufacturing, feed mill, FMCG, cement, steel, or similar industrial environment.

• Good knowledge of mechanical spare parts, tools, bearings, belts, chains, gears, pumps, valves, fasteners, and other engineering consumables.

• Practical knowledge of inventory control and store management procedures.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software-based inventory management.

• Good numerical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and work under pressure.

• Willingness to work at Gazipur or Bogura Factory as required.

Quality Feeds Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Jr. Officer / Officer – Store (Mechanical) to manage the receipt, storage, issuance and inventory control of mechanical spare parts, tools, consumables, and other engineering materials at the factory. The position will ensure proper documentation, stock accuracy, timely availability of materials and effective coordination with the Engineering, Maintenance, Purchase and Accounts teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, identify, and properly store mechanical spare parts, tools, consumables and engineering materials.

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming, outgoing and available mechanical items.

• Issue spare parts and materials against authorized requisitions and maintain proper documentation.

• Ensure proper stock level, bin location, labeling and systematic arrangement of mechanical items.

• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and prepare requisitions for timely replenishment.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Maintain records of slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete and critical spare parts.

• Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team to understand spare-parts requirements and ensure timely availability.

• Update inventory transactions in ERP/software and maintain necessary manual records where applicable.

• Prepare stock reports, consumption reports, shortage reports and other store-related reports as required.

• Ensure proper preservation and handling of mechanical spare parts to prevent damage, rust, deterioration or loss.

• Coordinate with Purchase and Suppliers regarding received materials, shortages, discrepancies and replacement of defective items.

• Support periodic stock audits and ensure compliance with company store procedures and internal controls.

• Maintain proper housekeeping, safety and security standards within the mechanical store.

• Perform any other store and inventory-related duties assigned by management.
