Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• Candidates with relevant experience in real estate/construction projects will be preferred

• 3 to 5 years

• Age At least 23 years

• Good knowledge of construction and real estate project operations.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to manage contractors and site teams.

• Good knowledge of MS Office.

• Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction and project operations.

• Monitor project progress, quality and workmanship.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, suppliers and site teams.

• Monitor construction materials, work schedules and project requirements.

• Review BOQ, estimates and project-related documents.

• Conduct regular site visits and prepare progress reports for management.

• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and company standards.

• Identify operational/project issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for solutions.

• Maintain proper project documentation and records.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.
