• Age At least 30 years

Shikor Architects Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Architect to join our design team.

• Develop creative architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and other projects.

• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.

• Develop 3D models in SketchUp and produce high-quality visualizations using Lumion and D5 Render.

• Prepare design presentations, material boards, and conceptual proposals for clients.

• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and coordinate with project engineers and construction teams.

• Assist the Principal Architect in design development, documentation, and project execution.

• Explore innovative materials, sustainable design solutions, and contemporary architectural trends.

• Coordinate with clients and incorporate feedback into design revisions.

• Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Demonstrate creativity, teamwork, enthusiasm, and a strong passion for designing spaces of all types and scales.
