Responsibilities & Context:
To benchmark & develop concept of Structural design.
To design moldable parts, select and order tooling, finalize specs and ensure implementation.
To prepare BOM, confirm components mapping and implement instructions.
To optimize structural part costs, analyze assembly line and after-sales issues, develop and execute action plans.
To confirm part certification, ensure design registration and patents.
