Responsibilities & Context:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
• Previous professional experience in an Interior Design / Architecture & Interior Design firm is required
• Must be capable of independently taking ownership of assigned projects from concept development to final execution with minimal supervision
• Confidently handle client meetings, design discussions, presentations, feedback, and revisions
• Must be proficient in preparing complete Interior & Architectural Drawing Sets — Conceptual, Existing & Proposed Plans, Furniture Layouts, Elevations, Sections, Electrical, Plumbing, Ceiling, Working/Detail Drawings, and other execution drawings
• Capable of developing and coordinating 3D designs/visualizations
• Practical experience in site supervision, execution, contractor/vendor coordination, and on-site problem solving
• Strong understanding of interior space planning, materials, detailing, lighting, furniture, and finishes
• Must be organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting committed deadlines
SOFTWARE SKILLS
Required: AutoCAD, SketchUp
Rendering: D5 Render / V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape
Presentation: Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge of other relevant design software will be an advantage.
⚠️ This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have the practical experience and technical capability to independently handle assigned projects from the outset.
